KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform facial and body treatments using specialized machines, as well as facial and scalp massages.
• Welcome clients and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean equipment, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow treatment protocols and train on the studio’s technologies.
• Monitor client progress and contribute to client retention.
• Work as part of a team and occasionally cover front desk duties, including welcoming clients and handling basic inquiries.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Friendly, motivated, reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional appearance.
• Comfortable with physical contact as part of treatments and massages.
• Fluent in Indonesian and very good English.
• Experience in aesthetics, massage, or wellness is an advantage. Training on the studio’s technologies will be provided on-site.
