Location: Bontang, East Kalimantan
Job Description
- Lead and oversee overall
- factory/plant operations
- to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Manage Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, QA/QC, and Utilities functions.
- Ensure efficient and reliable operation of
- refinery, oleochemical, biodiesel, or related processing plants
- Drive process improvement, productivity, yield, cost efficiency, and plant reliability.
- Lead annual budgeting, CAPEX, maintenance/shutdown, and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and lead a high-performing factory team.
- Report plant performance and operational issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
- Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- , or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- , with at least
- 3–5 years in a managerial/plant leadership position
- Experience in
- Refinery, Oleochemical, Biodiesel, Edible Oil Refinery, or related processing industries
- Proven experience managing
- overall plant/factory operations
- , preferably including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, and QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, process optimization, cost control, and HSE.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Bontang, East Kalimantan.
