About Us

CM Textile creates fabrics and fashion-driven textile products. We’re looking for a creative graphic designer who lives and breathes fashion to help turn trends into prints, patterns, and visuals.

About the Role

You’ll create original designs and visual assets for our textile and fashion collections, from motifs and prints to mood boards and marketing visuals. You’ll work closely with the production and marketing teams to bring ideas from sketch to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Design original prints, patterns, and motifs for fabrics and fashion products
• Research and follow fashion and textile trends, and translate them into fresh concepts for each season
• Create mood boards, design presentations, and collection concepts
• Draw and illustrate by hand or digitally (Procreate, tablet, etc.)
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including repeats, colorways, and file setup
• Design marketing materials such as social media content, catalogs, and lookbooks
• Collaborate with the team and adjust designs based on feedback

Requirements

• Strong interest in and knowledge of fashion, with an eye for color, style, and detail
• Actively keeps up with fashion trends, both local and international
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with Illustrator experience a plus
• Experience with Procreate or other digital drawing tools
• Strong drawing and illustration skills
• Portfolio showing your design work (required)
• Able to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team
• Open to feedback and eager to learn
• Nice to Have
• Experience in textile, garment, or fashion design
• Knowledge of fabric printing methods (digital, screen, etc.)
• Basic understanding of color matching and print production
