We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is fluent in English (spoken is mandatory).
• Has strong leadership skills and can unite, motivate, and develop a team.
• Is disciplined, responsible, and leads by example.
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Can coordinate daily field operations efficiently.
• Is able to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
• Has strong time management and organizational skills.
• Is willing to work in the field and has a high sense of responsibility.
• Possesses a valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) and is confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Is proficient in using smartphones, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and operational reporting systems.
• Has experience in operations, hospitality, tourism, transportation, or car rental (leadership experience is highly preferred).
