We're Looking For Someone Who
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- in a leadership or managerial role.
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written are mandatory).
- Has proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Has strong leadership skills and can build, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Has excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Is target-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
- Is able to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Has experience building partnerships
- Is confident in handling meetings and business negotiations with local and international partners.
- Has knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, and online sales channels
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
- Possesses a valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A).
- Is proactive, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Strong network within the tourism, hospitality, travel, or automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in the car rental industry will be an advantage.
