Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or field coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations and best practices
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Physical capability to perform on-site inspections and fieldwork
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions
Job Description
- Coordinate daily field operations including loading, unloading, and distribution activities
- Monitor and track inventory movements within the warehouse and during transit
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations on-site
- Communicate between warehouse staff, drivers, and office management to maintain operational efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate field reports and documentation related to daily operations
- Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in real-time to minimise delays
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure optimal condition
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise routes and delivery schedules
- Train and supervise field staff on proper handling procedures and safety protocols
- Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules and records
