What You'll Do
- Lead and direct the field sales team
- Develop strategies & plan the team's visit areas
- Conduct regular coaching to drive target achievement
- Act as the liaison between the field team and management
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Business Development Leadership experience (Sales Leader/Supervisor) is a plus
- Accustomed to working with targets & KPIs
- Able to communicate in English
- Own a personal vehicle + valid driver's license
- Smartphone with min. 6GB RAM
