Finance Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, bank transactions, and petty cash.
• Process supplier invoices, accounts payable, receivable, and customer billing.
• Perform bank, cash, AP, and AR reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, financial policies, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support finance operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SMK/Vocational School in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (manufacturing or garment industry is a plus).
• Good understanding of accounting principles, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate/ERP).
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, e-Faktur, and e-SPT.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work well under deadlines and in a team.
