Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet, and employs more than 3000+ employees worldwide and has been experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and statutory requirements.

Manage corporate tax obligations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and VAT (PPN), while supporting tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance.

Oversee financial operations and maintain strong internal controls, including supervision of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset (FA) management.

• Monitor and forecast cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain healthy liquidity levels.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting and tax team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.

Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, ensuring financial records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, or other ERP platforms.
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B/C or CPA are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
