- Finance & Accounting Supervisor
- Placement: Bandung
Job Description
- Supervise daily finance and accounting activities, including bookkeeping, payment, billing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and other related reports.
- Monitor account receivables, customer credit limits, and payment collection to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle customer visits and coordinate with related departments to analyze customer creditworthiness.
- Lead, guide, and monitor team performance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; having Brevet A & B certification and experience using SAP will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in managing a team, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills in reviewing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports.
- Experienced in handling and visiting customers, as well as analyzing customer creditworthiness.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung and able to work both independently and collaboratively with related departments.
