About the Role

• You’ll oversee the accounting and tax operations for

• Senior Accounting & Tax
• , you’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, tax filings, financial reporting, and coordination with external auditors or tax consultants.

This role suits someone who is highly detail-oriented, disciplined with financial processes, and comfortable taking ownership of the company’s accounting and tax compliance end-to-end.

• Accounting Operations
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping across company accounts (AP, AR, expenses, revenue).
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Monitor expense documentation and ensure proper financial records.
• Tax & Compliance
• Handle Indonesian tax obligations including
• PPN, PPh21, PPh23, and annual corporate tax filings
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure internal processes stay compliant.
• Finance Support
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Track financial performance and highlight key variances.
• Maintain clean financial documentation for audits, due diligence, or investor reporting.

Kualifikasi

• What We’re Looking For
• 4–6+ years experience in
• accounting, tax, or finance roles
• Strong understanding of
• Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK accounting standards
• Experience preparing financial statements and handling tax reporting.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting systems.
• Bonus Points
• Experience working in
• startup or technology companies
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as
• Jurnal, Accurate, or Xero
• Experience supporting audits or financial due diligence.
