- Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review tax calculations, fiscal reconciliations, and corporate income tax reporting.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team while driving process improvements.
- Lead periodic stock opname and coordinate asset appraisal (KJPP) to support banking and financing requirements.
- Support management by providing financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 10 years
- of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least
- 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a
- manufacturing company
- is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- is a must.
- Experience in
- coordinating with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
