Job Description
- Ensure that all accounting records comply with PSAK/IFRS and internal policies
- Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Manage the company's cash flow and financial planning for both short-and long-term needs
- Monitor budget performance (budget vs actual)
- Provide other financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Supervise accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of monthly and annual taxes (PPV, PPH unifikasi, SPT Tahunan)
- Handle tax audits and disputes
- Provide data and reports required for external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Retail industry background is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial reporting tools
- Experience with audits and regulatory reporting
- Experienced in using NetSuite and other ERP systems
- Holds Brevet A & B certifications
