, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the financial health, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of The Cakap Group and its portfolio of hospitality businesses. You will oversee financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, reporting, and internal controls while partnering with business leaders to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and sound financial decision-making.
Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation functions for the corporate entity and managed hospitality clients.
Manage the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and cash flow management.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and management reports.
Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business performance analyses, providing strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including preparation, reporting, and payment of PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Corporate Income Tax, and other applicable Indonesian tax obligations.
Coordinate tax audits, financial audits, and statutory reporting while maintaining strong relationships with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
Monitor financial performance, labor costs, operational expenses, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and key financial indicators to identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
Support pre-opening financial setup for new hospitality projects, including chart of accounts, accounting systems, budgeting, taxation, and financial processes.
Collaborate closely with operational teams and Department Heads to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team by promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ensure the effective implementation and optimization of accounting software, financial systems, and reporting tools across all managed entities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification or Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
