About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive
- Finance Audit Supervisor
to oversee financial controls, conduct internal financial reviews, and ensure compliance across our facilities and field operations. This role requires high mobility for field visits and on-site operational financial reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute internal financial audits and reviews across company operations and field locations.
- Evaluate internal financial controls, accounting systems, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify operational and financial risks, inefficiencies, and gaps, providing actionable, value-added recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely audit reports for senior management and stakeholder review.
- Monitor implementation of audit findings and conduct regular follow-up reviews.
- Field monitoring on raw material purchase and inventory control.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
3 – 7 years of solid experience in a Public Accounting / Audit Firm (KAP) is a MUST.
Key Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting, auditing standards, internal controls, and risk assessment.
- High mobility and willingness to perform field visits/on-site audits as required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
