Job Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese is a MUST (English proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting finance systems or ERP
- Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiar with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management or system implementation is an advantage
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
