• , you will be acting as a bridge between finance team and other business units to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Role Overview

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts in line with business objectives.

• Financial Analysis: Perform financial and cost-benefit analysis to identify business opportunities and provide relevant insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key financial and business metrics, analyze variances against targets, and highlight areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial perspectives to support business objectives.

Financial Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare financial reports and translate financial data into clear insights to support business planning and decision-making.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or a similar role with relevant exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of financial planning and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
