About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Finance Lead to oversee the company's financial operations, cash flow, receivables, payables, and management reporting. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial control, managing liquidity risks, and providing actionable financial insights to support business decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Cash Flow Management & Risk
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare weekly cash flow projections.
- Identify potential liquidity risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Recommend cash-out adjustments based on the company's financial position and operational priorities.
- Management Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare periodic Actual P&L YTD reports and financial performance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance against business targets and identify variances.
- Prepare pipeline and target-gap reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency.
- Accounts Payable & Payment Control
- Monitor accounts payable and outstanding vendor obligations.
- Review daily payment requests and verify supporting documentation.
- Review and approve payments in accordance with the company's authorization process.
- Recommend payment priorities based on cash availability and business urgency.
- Ensure payments are properly recorded in the financial system.
- Internal Financial Issue Resolution
- Resolve internal financial issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Escalate critical financial issues to management when necessary.
