Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee all financial functions of the company including accounting, cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze company financial performance and provide recommendations for cost efficiency and profitability improvement. Manage relationships with banks, external auditors, and tax authorities.
Design and implement systems and procedures to establish strong internal controls. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure company liquidity.
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling and forecasting.
- Handle Annual Tax Return (SPT Tahunan) and other tax compliance requirements (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments for budget planning and cost control.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting field, preferably in manufacturing or trading company. CPA, CA certification or previous experience as Finance Manager at managerial level.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, Myob, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written & verbal).
- Ability to make sound decisions based on data.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
