Responsibilities
Analyze financial matters to understand the current financial situation and provide a summary analysis of improvements in a standardized financial and accounting manner for both short-term and long-term action plans.
- Participate in preparing monthly and annual budget and actual analyses, and liaise with the auditor for financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations through internal control measures.
- Review external audit reports.
- Support business process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with other functions to address all financial aspects.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English are mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proactive, good team player, and a fast worker with the ability to work effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with the SAP system.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company.
- Willingness to work in Karawang, West Java.
