Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Senior Financial Analyst position based in Indonesia, reporting directly to the Head Finance Accounting Department. The role involves preparing plant financial analysis reports, analyzing operating status of business modules, and identifying cost improvement opportunities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the plant financial analysis report, timely and accurately reflect the operating status of each business module to the management, analyze the differences based on the budget and rolling forecast targets;Work closely with operations to analyze the whole product process to find cost improvement opportunities and track implementation effects

• Deeply analysis cost structure, find out opportunities and risks; regular submit cost and expense management analysis report
• Responsible for the company's cost standardization and improve the cost management process
• Participate in company budget preparation and budget management
• About you
• Minimum 5 years experience as Financial Analyst in manufacturing or other industry (preferably Food Industry)
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Proficient in using Office and other tools for data analysis
• Strong ability to organize, analyze and solve problems
• Fluent in English
• Nice-to-have: SAP, Power BI
