Review and verify payment requests, supporting documents, and disbursements to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with internal financial policies.
Oversee and review routine accounting entries, journal vouchers, and ledger updates to guarantee accuracy and complete audit documentation.
Propose, research, and implement appropriate accounting treatments for complex transactions and new business initiatives in compliance with relevant financial standards.
Perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and data evaluation to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Monitor and track daily operational costs, identifying trends and ensuring spending stays aligned with approved targets.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic rolling financial forecasts across business units.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or ACCA) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in general finance, accounting oversight, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably within fintech, banking, or fast-paced technology environments.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, proficiency in GAAP/IFRS standards, and advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling and modern ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a track record of translating financial data into business insights.
High precision in reviewing invoices, financial transactions, and journal entries with strong internal control awareness.
