About the role

manages an organization's day-to-day financial operations

. Core duties include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, managing cash flow, and preparing financial reports to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Processing invoices, settling vendor payments, and ensuring clients pay on time.

Cash Flow Management

Monitoring money coming in and going out to ensure the business has adequate liquidity.

Financial Reporting

Assisting in the preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget forecasts.

Reconciliation & Compliance

Matching internal records with bank statements and ensuring all financial activities comply with tax regulations.

Payroll & Taxes

• Administering employee payroll and assisting with corporate tax documentation.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum
• 1–3 years of experience
• in finance / accounting.
• Able to knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
