- The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing
- the financial operations of both the Umalas and Nuanu campuses
- , ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the school’s financial sustainability.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance roles
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in an international school, multi-campus organization, or education sector is an advantage

- Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Oversee daily financial operations
- across both Umalas and Nuanu campuses
- , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cash flow monitoring.
- Monitor and control operational expenditures

- Prepare
- consolidated and campus-specific
- monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support the development of the annual budget

- Provide financial analysis and insights

- Monitor tuition fee collection
- across both campuses
- and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding receivables.
- 2.Finance Operations
- Supervise general ledger processes, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities

- Review and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and supporting documentation
- for both campuses.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control systems

- Ensure proper documentation and organized filing of financial records

- 3.Regulatory & Tax Coordination
- Coordinate with the appointed tax consultant to ensure tax filings and payments are completed accurately and on time
- Review tax calculations and supporting documents prior to submission
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements
- Assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
- 4.Team Supervision & Development
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate finance staff
- across the Umalas and Nuanu campuses
- to maintain high-performance standards.
- Allocate tasks effectively
- across the finance team and campuses
- to ensure timely completion of financial processes.
- Provide coaching and training to improve technical competency and compliance awareness
- across the finance team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- 5.Compliance and Reporting

- Prepare

- financial reports and summaries for senior leadership and the School Board.
- Support management in financial planning, risk assessment, and cost control initiatives

- Assist in developing and updating financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- 6.Multi-Campus Financial Coordination
Coordinate finance operations between the Umalas and Nuanu campuses to ensure consistent financial processes, controls, reporting standards, and documentation.
Monitor financial performance and operational requirements of each campus and identify discrepancies, risks, or areas requiring management attention.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with campus leadership regarding financial matters, budgets, expenditures, and financial procedures.
