Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong data analysis and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
• Demonstrated experience in management reporting and business partnering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
