About Club House
Club House is a premium neighbourhood pub in Pererenan, known as the Pub Under the Palms. We are drinks-led and casual, built on Australian pub culture, and we run a busy weekly programme of events alongside daily trade. We open daily from 4pm until late, with lunch service on weekends. Our philosophy is simple: aprons down, connect first, serve second, treat first-timers like regulars.
The role
The Floor Supervisor runs the floor shift to shift. You lead the front of house team, open and close the venue, work the register, and are the first point of contact when a guest needs something sorted. You report to the Venue Manager.
- What you will do
- Lead the front of house team during service, allocate sections and manage breaks
- Open and close the venue and complete all opening and closing checklists
Work as cashier on the POS: process bills, split payments, manage the cash float, and complete accurate end of shift cash up and reconciliation
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating, and keep table turns moving
- Uphold service and presentation standards across the floor
- Handle guest questions and complaints on the spot, and escalate when required
- Run the pre-service briefing on specials, events and promotions
- Support weekly programme nights and larger ticketed events
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety compliance
- Report incidents, breakages and maintenance issues to the Venue Manager
- What you need
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Floor Supervisor, FOH Supervisor or Captain in a restaurant, bar or pub of comparable standard
Confident, accurate cashiering: POS operation, cash handling, bill accuracy and end of shift reconciliation. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional task.
- Conversational to fluent English, plus fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Availability for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Living in or near Pererenan or Canggu, with your own transport
- Calm under pressure, well presented, and happy to stay hands-on during service
- Available to start immediately

- Experience with Abacus POS or SevenRooms, and experience working events or ticketed nights.
