Facilitate real-time oral interpretation between the Head Coach, players, coaching staff, management, and media (Press Conferences, Team Meetings, and Pitchside).
- Accurately convey messages, tactical instructions, and emotional nuance—going beyond literal word-for-word translation.
- Read the room and navigate high-pressure environments adeptly (dugout, dressing room, and post-match media zones).

- Mandatory: Native/Professional fluency in English and Indonesian (both spoken and written).
- Mandatory: Strong command of football terminology, tactical jargon, and matchday/press etiquette.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and spatial awareness to read team dynamics and the tone between coach and players.
- Ability to stay composed, adaptable, and professional under high-stress or emotionally charged situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including matchdays, team travel, and training camps.
- Prior experience as an interpreter/translator or previous involvement in a professional football environment is a strong plus.
