Identify and recruit potential new members to participate in campaigns at Home Tester Club
Collaborate with the Operations Team to design and execute creative acquisition strategies (through social media, forums, email marketing, or community events) to grow the active member database
- Conduct curation and screening of member data to match the target persona or demographic required for a campaign
- Record and update all member interactions, feedback, and data in the company database
- Assist in managing the media channels used to recruit members for Home Tester Club
- Currently in the final semesters of university (6th semester or above) or a fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Communication Studies
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
- Has experience in managing or being directly involved in online communities
- Experience in Community Management, Influencer/KOL Relations, Customer Acquisition, Talent Scouting, or Call Center/Telemarketing is a plus
