As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our reception area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, providing them with accurate information about spa services, amenities, and local attractions.- Managing reservations and scheduling appointments, ensuring all bookings are handled efficiently and courteously.
• Handling inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Assisting with conference and hotel reception duties, ensuring smooth coordination of events and guest accommodations.
• Maintaining detailed records and reports, utilizing Microsoft Office tools to keep all documentation organized and up-to-date.- Supporting the team in maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, contributing to the overall guest experience.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• A Senior or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and reception consultation.- Strong skills in customer service, reception consultation, problem-solving, customer engagement, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
