Role

• Handle bookings and customer inquiries;
• Assist players with check-in and reservations;
• Manage payments and basic administration;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Support daily club operations.

Requirements

• Good communication and hospitality skills;
• Can play padel, understands padel scoring and ready as a club host;
• Create social media content and familiar with ms. excel or spreadsheet;
• Organized and detail oriented;
• Basic computer and booking system knowledge;
• Positive attitude and team player;
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
