- Front Office Staff
to join our team! If you love hospitality, meeting people from around the world, and working in a beach lifestyle environment — this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in & check-out process
- Respond to guest inquiries (WhatsApp, email, walk-in)
- Coordinate with housekeeping, surf guides & operations team
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with daily front office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Guest Service
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
- Able to work in a team and fast-paced environment
- Based in Bali (preferred)
- Willing to place at Uluwatu
Plus, Points

- Knowledge of reservation systems or channel manager
