About the role
We're looking for a sharp, curious frontend engineer who loves solving problems and building intuitive, reliable user experiences. Whether you're early in your career or have years under your belt doesn't matter—what matters is that you're smart, you learn fast, and you genuinely enjoy the craft of building software. This isn't a role where you'll be siloed. You'll own frontend features from implementation through deployment, collaborate closely with product and backend engineers, and have real ownership over the experiences you build.
Our frontend stack revolves around React and TypeScript. You'll be building and maintaining web applications that turn complex workflows and data into clear, responsive, accessible interfaces, backed by services running on Azure.
- Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, responsive, accessible user interfaces
- Develop reusable components and help maintain consistent UI patterns
- Integrate backend APIs and collaborate with backend engineers on contracts and behavior
- Own the quality of your work through testing, code reviews, and performance checks
- Troubleshoot frontend issues and contribute to product support
- Contribute to frontend deployments and delivery workflows
- Support the team through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback
- About you
- React — you understand components, hooks, composition, and how to build maintainable applications
- TypeScript and modern JavaScript — you use types effectively and understand asynchronous code and browser fundamentals
- HTML and CSS — you can build responsive layouts and understand semantic markup, modern styling techniques, and cross-browser behavior
State management and data fetching — you know how to manage local and shared state, fetch and cache server data, and handle loading, error, and empty states
- API integration — you can work with RESTful APIs, collaborate on API contracts, and handle authentication and failures gracefully
- Component architecture — you build reusable components and consistent UI patterns without overengineering
Accessibility — you consider keyboard navigation, focus management, semantic HTML, and accessible interactions as part of building a good product
Frontend testing — you write meaningful component, integration, and end-to-end tests, including browser automation with Playwright and/or Cypress
Performance and debugging — you can use browser developer tools to investigate issues and improve rendering, network behavior, and bundle size
- Frontend tooling and delivery — you're comfortable with package managers, build tools, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- English is a must
- Good to have
- Tailwind CSS and design systems - a big plus - experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries and consistent UI patterns
- Experience with tools such as React Testing Library, Vitest, or Storybook
Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and offline-first experiences - experiences using service workers, caching, localStorage, and IndexedDB to keep apps useful without a connection, with reliable data synchronization when connectivity returns
- QAuyt and browser-based authentication flows
- Fronted observability, including error tracking an real-user performance monitoring
- Experience with real-time updates, data-heavy interfaces, or complex forms
- Familiarity with Azure, Docker, or backend development in C# or another object-oriented language
- Who You'll Be Working With
- Director of Engineering
- Director of Products
- Engineering Managers
- Engineering Teams based Globally (Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Vietnam)
