- Position Information
- Level: Senior / Technical Lead
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Onboarding: Within 2 weeks
- Location: Pico Cong Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City – Onsite
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
- Job Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and development of features for Finance/Lending systems.
- Develop backend applications using Java and frontend applications using Angular, ensuring seamless integration between system components.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs, implement business logic, and integrate with related systems.
- Work with Oracle/MS SQL Server databases, including query development, optimization, and data processing.
- Take on the Technical Lead role, including solution analysis, task allocation, code reviews, and resolution of complex technical issues.
Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA), Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and other stakeholders to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Must-have Requirements
- Technical Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of software development experience, with hands-on experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java backend development, preferably with experience in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.
- Experience in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and API integration.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, implementing authentication/authorization, and integrating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, conduct code reviews, and independently resolve technical issues.
- Finance Domain Knowledge
- Experience working on projects in the Finance/Banking domain.
- Understanding of basic financial business processes and transaction data processing.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and business requirements in English.
- Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience implementing Lending systems, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Consumer Finance solutions.
- Understanding of lending processes, including loan application, credit approval, disbursement, loan management, and debt collection.
- Experience with Microservices, CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading technical teams and working directly with clients or IT teams in the Banking/Finance sector.
