Full Stack Developer

Job Purpose

Delivers complete features across the web application, from interface implementation through to supporting backend services. Provides the delivery throughput for the HR administrator and employee self-service web experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Feature Development
• Build end-to-end web features spanning front-end interface and supporting backend endpoints.
• Implement UI/UX designs faithfully, using the design system, and raise design gaps rather than improvising silently.
• Build the HR administrator experience: high-volume data entry, bulk operations, approval workflows and reporting interfaces.
• Ensure responsive behaviour and acceptable performance on the browser and device range actually present in the organisation.
• Code Quality & Testing
• Write automated tests for delivered features, component, integration and end-to-end as appropriate.
• Participate actively in code review, both as author and reviewer.
• Follow established engineering standards, branching strategy and CI gates.
• Fix defects in owned features, including root cause rather than symptom.
• Collaboration
• Work directly with the UI/UX Designer during design refinement to flag technical constraints early.
• Work with the Product Specialist to clarify acceptance criteria before development starts.
• Support the Senior Software Engineer in maintaining API consistency across clients.
• Requirements — Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical background.
• Minimum 4 years professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong modern front-end capability: Nest-JS, React, Vue or Angular with TypeScript.
• Solid backend capability in at least one server-side stack, sufficient to build and maintain production endpoints independently.
• Relational database competence: schema understanding, query writing and basic optimisation.
• Demonstrated experience implementing designs from Figma or equivalent, with attention to fidelity.
• Automated testing practice as a routine part of development.
• Version control fluency with Git and experience working within CI/CD pipelines. • Professional English; fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• Requirements — Preferred
• Experience with enterprise or admin-heavy applications rather than only marketing or content sites.
• Experience with complex form handling, data tables and workflow interfaces.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ERP or financial systems.
• Exposure to accessibility implementation.
• Experience with state management at scale and performance optimisation.
