- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock shortages promptly.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth store operations, especially during busy hours.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support other operational tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor.
- Job Requirements
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and continuously improve.
