What You'll Do
- Support the C-levels and leadership team on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate business operations and improve internal processes.
- Assist with budgeting, business performance tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insights for decision-making.
- Work closely with teams across operations, sales, aftersales, HR, finance, and product to drive company goals.
We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates (or up to 1 year of experience) from any major, preferably Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
