- My English Class (MEC) is looking for an experienced English teacher who is ready to grow beyond classroom teaching.
- 📍 Bandung
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
- ✓ Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- ✓ Female, 21 - 29 years old
- ✓ Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- ✓ Good English communication skills
- ✓ Responsible, reliable, and organized
- ✓ Able to manage tasks independently
- ✓ Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time
- ✓ Good communication, leadership & coordination skills
- ✓ Adaptable and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond teaching
- ✓ Mature, professional, and team-oriented
- ✓ Neat, well-groomed, and presentable
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Teach English in a fun and engaging way
- Follow and complete teaching & operational SOPs
- Coordinate and support part-time teachers
- Arrange teaching schedules
- Support teacher evaluation and development
- Work closely with the team
- Support MEC events and activities
