Job Responsibilities
- Designed and enhanced backend services using Go Language, adhering to high standards for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency across various Superbank products.
- Built and deployed modern, high-performance web applications using React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, and Flow.
- Collaborated with engineering teams to explore and develop new designs and architectures focused on scalability and performance.
- Participated in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Contributed to service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.
- Collaborated with product and experience teams to define and prototype feature specifications.
- Worked closely with infrastructure teams to build and scale backend services and conduct root cause analysis investigations.
- Designed, built, analyzed, and improved large-scale systems.
- Learned and applied full-stack performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Debugged and modified complex production software serving millions of users.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering within distributed systems environments.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals, particularly in algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with operating large-scale web services; a solid understanding of system internals and networking is required.
- Strong understanding of system performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proven design skills, with the ability to critically evaluate existing systems in terms of growth and stability.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Python, and JavaScript, with a willingness to work with Golang.
- Good communication skills in English.
