Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Software Development Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Jakarta, Indonesia . This role involves bug fixing, software development, and solution delivery, while also leading and managing a team of 1-2 programmers.
Key responsibilities include
- Identifying, prioritizing, and executing development tasks
- Overseeing software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to requirements
- Mentoring and guiding a team of programmers to ensure efficient workflows and best coding practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives
- Development inhouse software system
Qualifications
- Bs Degree in IT or related fields
- Experience minimum 5 years
- Proficiency in Computer Science and Software Development
- Strong Back-End Web Development capabilities
- Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of 4-5 programmers , ensuring collaboration and efficiency
