Fullstack Developer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid experience in front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of ReactJS and NextJS (knowledge of Vue.js, Astro, or Svelte is a plus).

• Solid knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Fastify, and Go (knowledge of Java/Spring Boot is a plus).
• Working experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Vercel.

Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server, SingleStore, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and Redis.

• Familiarity with unit testing, security remediation, and non-functional testing.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and containerization.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and core security concepts (prevention and detection).
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu/RedHat).

Familiar with Agile workflows and tools such as JIRA, Airtable, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Trello, and Bitbucket, with a focus on continuous improvement and software craftsmanship.

• Tasks and Duties
• Translate design specifications and business workflows into readable, maintainable code.
• Investigate, design, test, apply, and evaluate new or existing code and technologies.
• Write and modify code that is scalable, performant, resilient, and well-documented, adhering to coding standards.
• Maintain and upgrade existing code, ensuring proper training and documentation are provided to users.
• Deploy and maintain test and development environments, ensuring consistency between them.

Report on weekly tasks and progress using project management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Trello, and Bitbucket.

Assist in creating documentation, including technical installation guides, administration manuals, code usage references, application configuration guides, and training materials.

• Communicate openly about engineering issues and trade-offs, contributing constructively to technical discussions.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and clients to build systems and software solutions.
