Complete daily cash count to ensure daily settlement; regularly reconcile with bank statements, promptly identify and clear outstanding items to ensure consistency between books and actual funds.
Manage all corporate bank accounts, handle account opening, closing, and change procedures, and properly keep bank certificates, cards, bills, and other important items.
Participate in preparing monthly and annual fund budgets, track budget execution, regularly analyze fund utilization efficiency, and produce fund analysis reports to support management decision-making.
Strictly comply with local Indonesian financial regulations and corporate financial policies to ensure compliant fund operations and mitigate financial risks.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian local accounting standards and tax regulations, familiarity with fund operation processes in the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and office software (e.g., advanced Excel functions), with data processing and analytical skills.
Strong professional ethics, meticulous, detail-oriented, and high sense of responsibility. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
