Familiarity with local sourcing resources in Indonesia, maintenance of a high-quality supplier network, and evaluation of suppliers’ qualifications and delivery capabilities.
Responsible for coordinating Indonesia’s import and export business. Skilled in handling customs clearance and logistics processes, and well-versed in local customs clearance regulations and logistics channels.
Monitor the execution of purchase orders, receipt and inspection of goods, and handling of anomalies (quality, delivery, after-sales service), ensuring that the processes are compliant and efficient.
Adhere to Indonesia’s local trade policies, customs regulations, and company procurement procedures, and complete the management of purchase records, reports, and documents.
II. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant fields such as procurement management, supply chain, logistics, and engineering are preferred.
Proficient in English
(fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing; capable of independent business communication and document reading/writing); Indonesian language is a plus.
Gain insight into the upstream and downstream channels for purchasing materials and equipment in Indonesia, as well as the current state of the industry market.
Familiar with Indonesia’s import and export policies and customs clearance requirements, with practical experience in customs clearance and logistics operations.
Overall Qualifications: Proficient in the entire procurement process; possesses strong business negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving abilities. Works diligently and responsibly, and is adaptable to working in a foreign environment.
