Checking & selecting physical assets with the asset serial number in the field according to the lifetime used asset data for disposal.

Document disposed of assets (lifetime used by users & lifetime used idle assets) in the form of photos of asset conditions and reports (Serial Number, branch, & asset condition) to Logbook Field (Disposal request).

Submit a new asset request on the GA Form Request for asset rejuvenation, contact users who use lifetime used assets to exchange assets, and exchange assets in the field with Users.

• Coordination with IT Support to check the condition of lifetime used assets on users weekly.
• Conduct market price research for assets with zero depreciation value and submit prices according to the condition of the assets.
• Visit assets with vendors & Procurement.

Create a catalog of assets to be auctioned to SIRCLO internally based on field checks in accordance with serial numbers, asset descriptions, prices, and photos of asset conditions.

Contacting employees for the process of purchasing auction assets and taking these assets.

Kualifikasi

• Final semester student or fresh graduate.
• Easily adapt to fast pace environment.
• Have a basic knowledge of administration or asset management
• Have a basic knowledge of

• Able to work in a team.
• Able to communicate clearly, active, and initiative.
