Are you a Human Resource and General Affairs Manager from FnB Industry or related who can run a system from onboarding to offboarding while simultaneously improving the systems that make that journey excellent not only can do a standard operations? Have more than 3 years experience handling more than 100 employees?

Within 3 years, Ichung Bukan Kopitiam has grown from 6 meter square restaurant to 600 meter square restaurant in Jakarta with 3 outlet, 1 central kitchen and more to come.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience as a HRGA Manager/HR Generalist in a FnB company or related, working directly with business owners.
• Will be based at Ichung Bukan Kopitiam Signature, Puri Indah, West Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Scheduling
• Manage monthly scheduling with restaurant supervisor/operational manager
• Fulfill manpower according to manpower planning that set
• Overseeing payroll structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits packages and payroll monitoring
• Asset identification and supervision
• Strategic Improvement
• Identify bottlenecks in HR area to improve the system
• HR Policies: Developing internal policies and ensuring adherence to local and national employment laws.
• Develop culture to build always a better company
• Analyze attendance and retention data of employees attendance
• Maintain labor ratio that already set
• Coach & Employee Quality Monitoring
• Coaching employees regularly
• Recruitment
• Onboarding and Offboarding
