Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law is preferred, but other majors with strong relevant experience are welcome.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Industrial Relations.
- Experienced in handling labor unions, PKB, employee grievances, and labor disputes.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Laws.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
- Manufacturing/automotive experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Job Desc
- Handle Industrial Relations, labor union, PKB, and employee relations matters.
- Manage payroll, BPJS, attendance, and overtime.
- Review and control overtime and labor costs.
- Supervise HR Staff and daily HR operations.
- Coordinate with Disnaker when required.
- Note: Permanent employment (PKWTT), subject to a 3-month probation period.
