Deskripsi pekerjaan General Ledger Accountant (English speaker) PT Inno Prima Material
Primary Responsibilities: Improve the company's accounting and reporting systems, processes, and methods to ensure the standardization and accuracy of accounting entries.
Responsible for: organizing, archiving, and maintaining cost-related vouchers, ledgers, reports, and other materials to ensure the integrity and traceability of cost records.
Overall accounting work: Coordinate with the Indonesian accounting team to complete daily accounting processing and monthly closing, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
Responsible for: the company's general ledger work, including voucher processing, monthly closing, financial statement preparation, and data analysis, as well as the accounting and analysis of R&D expenses.
Timely and accurate issuance of various periodic reports that meet internal and external requirements.
Promote the development of financial information systems and improve the systematization of financial data; based on the company's internal control objectives, assist in improving the internal control system, identify, assess, and monitor control risks in business operations, and promote the implementation of corrective measures.
Assist in completing the company's annual audit, special audits, and financial due diligence, preparing relevant materials and coordinating communication; complete other financial-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Management, or related fields. Holders of an Indonesian Certified Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) certificate are preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a general ledger accountant in a manufacturing company. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards and internationally accepted accounting standards.
Professional Skills: Proficient in financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and office software (such as advanced Excel functions). Capable of data processing and analysis.
Language Proficiency: Excellent Indonesian reading and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates who can fluently use English or Chinese for daily communication and reading professional documents.
Professional Qualities: Strong work ethic, meticulous, responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit.
Able to work under pressure, possess strong learning and adaptability abilities, and keep abreast of industry and regulatory changes.
