- Location: Uluwatu, Bali
- Position: Full-time (On-site)
About Us
Douze Boutique Hotel
is a new boutique hotel in Uluwatu with five thoughtfully designed guest rooms. We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the daily operations and help create an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and high operational standards.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Supervise the housekeeping team and coordinate the pool and garden maintenance staff.
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
- Optimize pricing, occupancy, and revenue.
- Maintain excellent guest reviews and online reputation.
- Coordinate social media, marketing activities, and collaborations.
- Oversee maintenance, supplies, and the overall presentation of the property.
- Prepare basic operational reports and continuously improve hotel performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a boutique hotel, villa, or hospitality property.
- Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTA platforms.
- Knowledge of PMS and Channel Manager systems.
- Understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience with hotel pre-opening is a strong advantage.
- Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: IDR 15,000,000 per month.
- Monthly performance bonus based on hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
