Develop and manually manage the hotel's pricing formula, BAR (Best Available Rate) structures, and dynamic pricing to optimize yield.
Independently manage content, room descriptions, and promotional campaigns across international and Chinese OTAs (Trip.com etc)
Identify local corporate leads, negotiate agreements, and conduct direct sales visits.
Implement and continuously refine localized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and Fire & Safety requirements.
Lead a team of multi-skilled employees, ensuring high service quality despite a lean departmental structure.
Develop and deliver training programs focused on cross-departmental multitasking and technology utilization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and establish performance standards for the local team.
Minimum 5–8 years in hotel management, preferably within economy or mid-scale "limited service" brands. Experience in pre-opening or brand-launch environments is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market, local labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
Strong background in Revenue Management and digital marketing. Must be comfortable making data-driven decisions without a pre-set brand formula.
Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and a strong interest in smart-hotel technologies.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly required to facilitate effective communication between the local Indonesian team and the regional headquarters.
