General Manager Finance & Accounting

Job Description

Lead the company's financial planning and strategy, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding requirements to support business growth.

Oversee accounting operations and ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with PSAK, applicable regulations, and corporate reporting standards.

• Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to optimize financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws and regulations, including tax planning, reporting, payment, and tax risk management.

Establish and strengthen internal controls, enterprise risk management, and compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within a publicly listed manufacturing company.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role as General Manager Finance & Accounting, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or an equivalent position.

Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), financial statement preparation, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

• Understanding of Indonesian taxation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal control.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Axapta, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated strategic leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
