• Designing and improving projects for implementation.
• Assessing current systems to secure best practices and balance by complying with federal policiesand procedures.

Managing broad area virtual private networks (VPNs), fixing network and connectivityissues, and ensuring sufficient network redundancy to Office and warehouses.

Understanding system administration and how network hardware and technologies work.

Administering automated workflow tools, middleware application servers (i.e., Grafana, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere), and server visualization technologies (i.e., Hyper-V, VMware, or Oracle VM).

Monitoring operating system performance (i.e., Windows, Linux, or Mac OS).

Optimizing performance of databases, networks, applications, and servers. Serving as configuration managers to create, apply, and enforce processes for promoting all infrastructure components from the development environment to the testing, demonstrating, and generating environments.

Installing components on networks and servers and ensuring they work in tandem and can be executed without compilation errors in various platforms and environments.

Managing the host environment to ensure proper tuning and sufficient capacity (including web servers, database servers, VMWare, Cisco, Palo Alto Network, Citrix, SAN, directories, and blades).

• Sharing knowledge across organizations and participating in client projects Integrating and leading programs across organizations.
• Managing the security of computer systems and inter-application information transfers

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least three or more years full time professional experience supporting the following: network, server, storage, IT security or telephony
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Active Directory administration

Familiar to working knowledge of Cisco iOS, Palo Alto Network, Dell Force 10, SonicWall, Cisco ASA, network troubleshooting tools like Wire Shark and Putty, strong grasp of TCP/IP concepts, VLANs, Wireless Networking technologies and security, VPN, Identity Access Management, VOIP concepts

Strong grasp of Windows Server 2008R2 Standard – Windows 2019 Datacenter, VMWare vCenter, Dell VX Rail, EMC, PowerEdge server, or other forms of Hyperconverged environments and understanding of Hypervisors 5. Expert grasp of supporting Windows 7 until Windows 11, Mac OS, Android and iOS, PC and Mac hardware troubleshooting Understanding of virtual and bare metal backup as well as High Availability solutions

• Strong ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online email deliverability issues, antispam solutions
• Ability to maintain DNS records, MX records, TXT records, Domain Registrar duties
• Experience supporting conferencing and video conferencing solutions; Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• Athoughtful team player who can work independently
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and follow – through
• Ability to workoff - hours as needed for IT Projects
